That “yes” life
We recently sat down with Grove Community members, Chris and Anna, to talk about the realities of living a life fully surrendered to saying “yes” to God, even when it doesn’t make sense. We are Mike and Kelsey Domeny.
We may have just met, but we are your biggest cheerleaders! Is that too much too soon? OK, let me (Kelsey) tell you a little bit about why we’re here.
We have served in creative ministry roles for the last 15 years. We have started businesses, we have written books, we have been on staff at mega churches, we have volunteered for all the things, we've produced live experiences, been on stages across the country, we have even published a board game.
But most of it didn’t make sense at the time. We weren’t specially equipped or experienced. There wasn’t a lot of financial security along the way. But the most rewarding things in life have been as a result of saying “yes” to God even when it didn’t make sense. And we want to help as many other people experience this kind of life as possible.
The only thing that has made those “yeses” possible is a faith built on the foundation of the Word of God. Without Him, nothing is possible. But with Him, all things are possible.
So, we teach the Bible in a way that is easy to understand and easy to apply, so you can know that your “yes” is anchored to Scripture.
We believe you have a mission, something God has planned just for you. And we will stop at nothing to advance the Kingdom of God alongside you.
